Scheduled - In verband met problemen met stabiliteit van een firewall is besloten om op korte termijn een firmware update door te voeren. De verwachte downtime is 2 minuten, Ca 15% van de ipsec tunnels kan daarom even wegvallen, evenals een deel van de remote connect sessies.

Scheduled - During the above time window the engineering team will be migrating and upgrading OpenStack compute capacity to improve performance and reliability.

This change affects all Windows and Linux VPS instances as well as Xelion MT servers. It does not affect 3CX Bundle services.

There may be a few minutes of increased latency and packet loss as well as networking outage while we shift traffic.

In case your hosted voice services are business critical we strongly advise to setup failover callflows in FLUX to guarantee availability and reachability.

Please make sure any running configs have been saved in case we need to reboot one of your instances.

Due to the complexity and strict procedures of this maintenance it is not possible to set an exact maintenance window per VPS instance.

We will endeavor to keep the impact to a minimum for the duration of the change.
